Many DS-Lite customer got the problem to access their webcams, NAS and other devices or services running behind their router from remote or from IPv4 only networks.
DS-Lite provides just an pulic accessable IPv6 Address and uses a local IPv4 address for the IPv4 internet. -> wikipedia
With our PortMapping service it will be possible to access open ports on DS-Lite accounts
For example, you have a service running on port 443 with a public accessable IPv6 address, then you configure port 4443 on our PortMapper and set your IPv6 address as destination.
Your service will become availble for all IPv4 users at portmapper.myonlineportal.net:4443 - you can use ssl certificates on your end and this will make the whole connection through the proxy secure, so you can use http or https as you want.
